Artist Alley: Pop Culture Alphabet

Over the last few weeks I have seen far too many illustrated alphabets; it’s definitely a popular project at the moment. There have been Star Wars ABCs, Disney ABCs, even Adventure Time ABCs. However, my favourite interpretation doesn’t cover just one fandom, it covers everything. It’s the Ultimate Pop Culture Alphabet, created by Jeff Victor (the same person who illustrated those awesome Sharkham Asylum pictures). The characters he chose for each letter covers so many different fandoms, including Batman, Robocop, Ghostbusters, Ironman, Star Wars, Xena, and Pokemon ..amongst others. There’s just not enough for my liking though, so I’ve been thinking up my own ultimate pop/geek culture alphabet. I think I’ve covered pretty much every geeky thing I love. My list is at the end of the post. What would be in yours?
