Welcome back old friend! It’s been 20 years since the original Jurassic Park movie was released, and unfortunately the trilogy didn’t end on its highest note. Practically memorising the first two movies off by heart, I found the third unmemorable and boring. I can’t even recall who was in it, or what the story line was, or whether there were even any dinosaurs in the damn thing.
Well, come 12th June 2015, we will be able to watch the newest addition to the franchise; Jurassic World, and I’m hoping I’ll be able to sit through this one without falling asleep. Staring Chris Pratt, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Bryce Dallas Howard (among others) the team have just started filming in Hawaii, and Entertainment Weekly have just released the first photos of their humongous set.
The three photos released so far aren’t exactly enthralling, but still, it’s exciting to see them! One in particular, a beat up Jurassic Park Construction truck, at least gives us hope that there’s going to be some car bashing at some point in the film. The other photos are of the beautiful Hawaiian set, and a first glimpse at actress Bryce Dallas Howard. Not much is known about the movie, only that it’s set 22 years after the event of Jurassic Park.
